Admission and student facilities

Egyptian students are admitted on an equal opportunity basis after graduating from secondary schools. Their distribution among the different faculties is based as closely as possible on grades and the chosen field of study

Sohag University accepts applications from students wishing to be transferred from other Egyptian and foreign Universities. Transfer is based on university and pre-university grade.
